Today is Mother's Day....
Growing up I never had a strong desire to be a mother. In fact, having children was an after thought when I was going through my life's plans. Well, life certainly didn't go the way I had planned it. I had Michael when I was 19, Neil at 21 and Daniel at 24. I cannot express into words how blessed I feel to have been trusted with these three special spirits. To try and explain the immense amount of love I have for these three boys would be hard.
While for many, Mother's Day is a day to be honored and showered with gifts, I simply bask in the glory of having my handsome boys to call my own.
