I've done one
Pinterest challenge so far from
Bohemian Transplant's blog...it was food...I wanted to challenge myself to do something besides a recipe, something more crafty. I haven't had a lot of time for craftiness so I decided to do this one. It still deals with food of sorts, but it's kinda crafty, right? Anyway, I love to cook with fresh herbs and so I decided to give
this a try to grow some of our own. I have a great window in our living room that will provide just the right amount of sunlight. I added some rocks to the bottom of my jars to help with water drainage.
As you can see, I also didn't do the board and chalkboard signs. I just don't have wall space for all of that. Instead I am going to put this on a low shelf we have right in front of our window. I decided to use raffia and cut the seed envelope kinda cutesy and tied it around the mouth of the jar.
I hope to report in a few weeks that this was a success...if not, it look cute!
