Friendly Visits

This past weekend we had some friends from about 5 duty stations ago drop by and visit. The Grant Family was stationed with us back at Fort Riley. It has been almost 9 years since we have seen them. (Though I did get to see Mark back in 2008 when he was coming back from Iraq, you can check out my blog entry from that visit here.) Mark and their oldest son were not able to visit as they had their own things going but it was fun to spend a couple days with the rest of the family. The kids all really connected like they had never been separated. Neil & Daniel were really too little to remember them when we moved away but you have never thought it.
