I love the Army! I often refer to it as "My Army" when talking about this great institution I have had the privilege of serving in and continue to serve with through my husband. It's not without flaws but really, what is?
Today is 235 years that our US Army has been around. I am humbled when I think about millions of men and women who have worn the uniform and called themselves Soldiers. What a legacy of honor and freedom they have provided.
Happy Birthday US Army!
P.S...it also happens to be Flag Day!!
