MilSpouse Blog Hop!

Wife on a Roller Coaster started the MilSpouse Blog Hop and I just had to join!

Hi! Welcome to my blog....well our blog. I'm Nadine, proud Army wife to Kevin..

and mommy to three handsome little men who are 14, 12 and 8.
We also have two incredibly spoiled pups...

The Army has us calling Missouri home for a while and we rather like it. After almost a decade of separation and multiple deployments, we are enjoying the family time and slower pace.

We are slowly creeping on the end of our Army time as my Soldier has 21 years of service, we aren't quite ready to hang up the dog tags just yet but the reality of retirement looms over us.

We love our Army, we aren't naive to think that nothing ever goes wrong in it or that there aren't "special" people that wear the uniform but we truly believe it's all about perspective.

We want to teach our children not only want Patriotism means but how to live in a manner that honors those who have paid the price for our Freedom. The men and women who have fallen and those who live and serve all around the world. This is the legacy we hope to leave with our children, that special sense of pride that cannot be defined in words.

Along with loving our Army, we love Boy Scouts! We are a Scouting family and so proud!

So thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed your visit!
